How do I know the watches I see on Timepieceperfection.com are authentic?
We are a member of IWJG, (The International Watch and Jewelers Guild), strong eBay power sellers, have over 250 5-star reviews on TrustPilot, and have an A+ rating on the BBB. There is no way we would still be in business if all of our items were not 100% authentic.
How do I order the item I want?
Contact us first to confirm the item you desire is available. We will then process your order.
When will I receive my purchase?
Depending on how you paid, shipment times may vary. The fastest way is simply to wire transfer the funds to our account. In some cases we can ship that very same day.
What if I have a watch I want to trade or sell?
Timepiece Perfection will most often take in a trade. In cases where we cannot accept your item on trade, we will happily put it on consignment for you to be marketed on our site.
How will the item be shipped?
Most often we ship via UPS overnight insured to the full value of the item.
What if I’m not in the USA
We will be happy to ship to you overseas. Please keep in mind that overseas insured shipping is a bit more costly then domestic shipments.
